Billington expects FY26 underlying profit before tax of £4.0m–£5.5m, before non-underlying staff costs, other operating charges and impairment losses, materially below the £8.3m consensus market expectation for adjusted or underlying profit before tax. The revision reflects deferred contract-profit recognition, a lower expected margin contribution from an industrial project and reassessment across the portfolio.

Rightmove has raised its 2026 underlying EPS-growth guidance to at least 7% from at least 5%, but cut ARPA-growth guidance to £100-£110 from £110-£120 because of New Homes developer-spend dynamics; it currently expects 2027 revenue growth similar to 2026 amid subdued end markets. Finseta has conditionally raised approximately £1.57 million in gross proceeds, but about £989,231 of Homa’s convertible-loan-note money is segregated and unavailable pending conversion or repayment; it has also agreed a £1.8 million loan-note conversion that would remove that principal debt if shareholder resolutions and FCA approvals are secured. The share issues would materially dilute existing holders.
Feedback PLC narrowed its operating loss to £3.24m in the year to 31 May 2026 from £4.21m, despite revenue falling to £0.78m from £0.89m, but directors say additional contracts and/or fundraising are needed to support liquidity for at least 12 months from signing, creating material going-concern uncertainty. In the downside case, directors estimate £1.88m of new contracted revenue or financing is needed by end-Q1 2027 to meet liabilities through November 2027.
MJ Gleeson’s bulk-inclusive net reservation rate was 0.88 per site per week in the eight weeks to 1 November 2026, versus 0.93 a year earlier, and sales rates remained subdued; it expects a weaker first half, with FY2027 profits significantly weighted to the second half and market-consensus delivery reliant on improved buyer confidence.

Tender Offer, Trading Update, Notice of HY Results
Naked Wines proposes a conditional 80p-per-share tender offer worth about £2.0m–£5.7m; FY27 year-to-date trading is in line with guidance for progressive adjusted EBITDA growth and continued cash generation, although revenue is expected at £158m–£175m at constant exchange rates.
