Feedback PLC narrowed its operating loss to £3.24m in the year to 31 May 2026 from £4.21m, despite revenue falling to £0.78m from £0.89m, but directors say additional contracts and/or fundraising are needed to support liquidity for at least 12 months from signing, creating material going-concern uncertainty. In the downside case, directors estimate £1.88m of new contracted revenue or financing is needed by end-Q1 2027 to meet liabilities through November 2027.
