Zanaga Project Financing LOI and RAM Update
Zanaga Iron Ore Co Ltd said a large western government-backed development financing institution has issued a letter of intent for up to US$500m of Zanaga Project financing. The funding remains subject to documentation with no certainty on completion or terms, while RAM's proposed transaction deadline has been extended to 30 November 2026.
