Launch of Share Buyback Programme

Warpaint London plc has launched an initial share buyback programme of up to £2.5m, ending no later than 31 December 2026. Treasury shares are expected to meet employee scheme obligations and reduce future shareholder dilution.

Warpaint London said Q2 trading was ahead of last year and margins improved versus 2025. Full-year expectations are unchanged, but 2026 sales are expected to be more second half weighted.
