TruFin PLC has completed a cash-funded bolt-on acquisition that brings overpayment-audit capability into Oxygen. Consideration is £1.8 million in cash on completion, net of cash acquired, plus up to £0.2 million if agreed Q4 EBITDA targets are met; TruFin expects earnings accretion from the first full year of ownership.
