Scheme of Arrangement becomes Effective
Treatt's scheme of arrangement with Döhler has become effective today, transferring the entire issued share capital of Treatt to Döhler at 305p a share. Treatt shares were suspended from 7:30 a.m. today and cancellation of listing and trading is expected by 8:00 a.m. on 3 July 2026.
