Issuance of Additional Tier 1 Securities

Standard Chartered issued $1bn of Additional Tier 1 securities. The fixed rate resetting perpetual subordinated contingent convertible securities will be listed on the London Stock Exchange. The bank also applied to list potential conversion shares in Hong Kong.
