Sosandar PLC’s H1 FY27 revenue rose 11% to £20.785m and management said FY27 trading remains in line with full-year market expectations, but operating cash flow moved to a £0.095m outflow from a £0.850m inflow. Cash was £7.055m at 30 September 2026, down from £8.397m at 31 March, principally reflecting the normal first-half working-capital cycle and £0.9m of share buybacks.

Full Year Results and Trading Update

Sosandar reported FY revenue of £42.3m, up 14%, with adjusted profit before tax rising to £0.4m, gross margin improving to 64.0%, and net cash at £8.4m. Q1 FY27 net revenue was £11.6m, up 22%, and trading remained in line with expectations.
