Rig secured for multi-well UKCS drilling programme
Serica Energy has signed for the Beacon Pacific rig for a firm six-well UK Continental Shelf drilling campaign, expected to start in Q3 2027. Serica says the campaign could add up to 30,000 boepd and help sustain portfolio production of 50,000 boepd into the next decade, but further work is optional and some opportunities need approvals.
