Confirmation of further Convertible Loan Note
Pennpetro has agreed a further £380,000 convertible loan note from RMD Group for adviser support, running costs and its Annual General Meeting. Interest is initially 12%, falling to 6%, while existing loan notes cannot currently convert into equity pending shareholder approval.
