Engineering Agreement with Cactus Wellhead LLC

Plexus Holdings has entered a two-year engineering agreement with Cactus Wellhead to develop and qualify wellhead products for offshore energy applications. The contract includes an initial £1m commitment payment, secured by a debenture, and additional revenue of up to approx. £1.5m.
