Launch of Buyback Programme

Palace Capital has launched a share buyback programme of up to 3,633,880 ordinary shares, being the remaining authority granted at the 9 July 2025 AGM. Bought-back shares will be held in treasury and then cancelled.

Interim Results

Palace Capital reported an adjusted loss before tax of £0.1m for H1 2026. Net asset value (NAV) fell 14% to 210p following a 16% like-for-like portfolio valuation decrease. The board suspended the dividend to prioritise a share buyback.
