Completion of the acquisition of Evelyn Partners

NatWest Group has completed its £2.7bn enterprise value acquisition of Evelyn Partners as of 30 June 2026. The deal creates a wealth business with £127bn in pro-forma assets under management and is expected to increase group fee income by c.20% before revenue synergies.
