Novacyt S.A. said cash at 30 June 2026 fell to £8.9m from £19.1m at 31 December 2025, including a £5.5m outflow for the Southern Cross Diagnostics acquisition. Underlying group revenue grew c.9%, up £0.8m excluding Southern Cross Diagnostics, which contributed c.£1.8m of revenue from 2 March to 30 June 2026.
