Metro Bank Holdings PLC has planned a Chair transition for 31 October 2026: Robert Sharpe will leave at the end of his six-year term, while Catherine Brown is set to become Interim Chair, subject to regulatory approval. Brown and Michael Torpey will lead the search for a permanent Chair.
