Mitie Group has published the Scheme Document for OCS's recommended cash offer, valuing each Mitie Share at up to 221.6 pence in cash, including the approved 3.1 pence FY26 final dividend. The scheme remains subject to shareholder, Court and other conditions and is expected to become effective in the first quarter of 2027.
