Chief Financial Officer Appointment

Mpac Group has appointed Duncan Tyler to the Board with immediate effect. He was interim chief financial officer from 21 April 2026 and will become permanent CFO when Will Wilkins steps down on 31 July 2026.

Trading Update and Sale of Lambert for up to £20m

Mpac Group warned that FY 2026 underlying profit will be substantially below market expectations due to pricing pressure and delayed customer decisions. Separately, it agreed to sell its Lambert subsidiary for up to £20m to significantly reduce net debt.
