Kistos Holdings has placed a USD 50 million tap of its 9.875% senior secured bonds, subject to customary closing conditions, taking total bonds outstanding to USD 350 million. On settlement, it expects USD 250 million to USD 300 million of liquidity, complemented by cash flows from its unhedged production portfolio.

Kistos Holdings has signed a $12.9 million agreement to acquire 10% interests in three Norwegian licences from Vår Energi, subject to Norwegian Ministry of Energy approval. Kistos expects the deal to add 4.3 mmboe net of combined 2P reserves and contingent 2C resources, with the 2C volumes expected on stream in 2029.
