Knights Group Holdings reported full-year underlying revenue up 28% to £207.7m for the year ended 30 April 2026, with organic growth of 7% and 12% in the second half. Underlying EBITDA rose 20% to £51.5m, underlying PBT increased 19% to £33.2m and the total dividend for the year was lifted 17% to 5.63p per share.
