Kingfisher lifted FY 2026/27 adjusted PBT guidance to £595m-£635m after H1 adjusted PBT rose 9.9% to £404m. Margin expansion offset broadly flat sales, while free cash flow fell 29.1% to £339m.

Second Tranche of Share Repurchase Programme

Kingfisher plc has completed the second tranche of its £300m share repurchase programme, with Goldman Sachs International buying 16,124,103 shares for cancellation at a total cost of £50m. The company has now returned £125m under the programme announced on 24 March 2026.

Q1 Trading Update

Kingfisher reported Q1 sales of £3.3bn, down (0.7)% on an underlying like-for-like basis. The group reiterated its full-year guidance for adjusted profit before tax of c.£565m-£625m and free cash flow of c.£450m-£510m.
