Publication Of Scheme Document
Intertek has published the scheme document for its recommended final cash acquisition by Bidco, with the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital to be acquired. The Scheme is expected to become Effective during Q4 2026 or Q1 2027.
Extension of PUSU deadline
Intertek extended the PUSU deadline for EQT to 18 June 2026. EQT confirmed its final cash proposal remains £60.00 per share, with shareholders also entitled to keep the 107.7p final dividend for the 2025 financial year.
