Halma is acquiring water quality monitoring specialist Pyxis for $170m (approximately £126m) in initial cash, with up to $30m (approximately £22m) in performance-linked earn-outs.

Halma completed the sale of orthobiologics maker NovaBone to Isto Biologics for $60m (£45m) on a cash and debt free basis, following a recent strategic review.

Halma plc agreed to acquire Dreampath Diagnostics for €154m initial cash consideration, funded from existing facilities. Up to €121m more is payable through an earn-out based on performance over the two years to 31 March 2027 and 2028.

Halma has acquired itemedical and Naslund Medical for its Healthcare Sector companies SSG and IZI Medical. The cash consideration is €23m (approximately £20m) for itemedical and $45m (approximately £34m) for Naslund Medical, funded from existing facilities.
Full Year Results
Halma PLC recommended a 7% increase in its final dividend to 15.11p per share for the year ended 31 March 2026. This brings the total annual dividend to 24.74p per share, compared to 23.12p in the prior year.
