Full Year Results
Gateley (Holdings) Plc reported FY26 revenue up 8.2% to £194.3m and adjusted operating profit up 2.7% to £21.5m. Net debt rose to £25.3m and the board recommended a 2.0p final dividend, taking FY26 total dividends to 5.3p.

Board Changes
Gateley said Rod Waldie will step down as chief executive officer and executive director on 1 August 2026 for personal, health-related reasons. Martin Pike will become interim chief executive officer from the same date while a search begins for a permanent CEO and an additional independent non-executive director to chair the audit committee.

FY 2026 Trading Update
Gateley said FY26 revenue of c. £193m was ahead of consensus, but underlying operating profit was only in-line. Margin narrowed and net debt rose sharply to £25.3m.
