EnSilica plans to open a Space & Communications Semiconductor Centre of Excellence in Milan and initially recruit 20 specialist modem and mmWave engineers over the next six months. The third European site will support customer-funded application-specific integrated circuit programmes and its own product development.

EnSilica has secured a €1.7m second-phase contract from a leading European satellite manufacturer after completing a funded feasibility study. The work is expected to take approximately 10 months, and EnSilica has also joined the Silicon Austria Labs-led 5G-aNTeNna project targeting the EU's IRIS² satellite constellation.
EnSilica has secured €1.1 million of follow-on chip orders from a European satellite communications customer for its ENS92040 ASSP. The order includes €350,000 for additional samples and €750,000 for product enhancements, after the customer's earlier €2.5 million order in August 2023.

EnSilica has conditionally raised gross proceeds of approximately £14 million at 91 pence per share through a placing of 15,381,315 shares and a subscription of 3,300 shares. The fundraising includes a first tranche of approximately £10.73 million and a second tranche of approximately £3.27 million, subject to shareholder approval at the General Meeting on 27 July 2026.

EnSilica said FY26 EBITDA is expected to come in at £4.7m, ahead of guidance, while revenue should rise 51% to £27.5m. It also lifted FY27 guidance and said about 80% of next year's revenue is already covered.
