Pre-emption outcome

EnQuest said existing PSC partners have waived their pre-emption rights on Package 2, clearing the way for proposed acquisitions of three Malaysian PSC packages. The deal covers a 90% operated interest in Balingian PSC and 100% in SK8 PSC, a 50% operated interest in D35-D21-J4 PSC, and a 30% non-operated interest in PM6-12 PSC, subject to completion conditions.

Significant Acquisition in Malaysia

EnQuest agreed to acquire interests in four offshore Malaysian PSCs for up to $833m. The proposed acquisitions will together constitute a reverse takeover if all three packages complete, and add c.57.4 kboepd, lifting Enlarged Group production to over 100 kboepd.
