Commencement of share buyback programme

Sale of Pharma business & intended buyback launch

Elementis plc completed the sale of its pharmaceutical manufacturing business for approximately $35m in net proceeds. The company confirmed its full-year outlook remains unchanged and announced an equivalent $35m share buyback program following a "strong" first quarter.
