Eleco has agreed a recommended cash acquisition at 235 pence per share, valuing its fully diluted equity at approximately £207.6 million. Completion is expected during or prior to Q1 2027, subject to conditions including shareholder approval.
Eleco plc said H1 ARR hit a record £35.5m and total revenue rose 8% to £19.9m. Cash was £15.4m and the group stayed debt free, with full-year 2026 results expected in line with market expectations.
