Marketing Director Sarah Kingsbury will step down from the board on 14 September 2026 as Distil shifts certain brand, marketing and commercial activities to Fortitude Spirits Group under its proposed operating model.
U.S Order for Blavod
Distil has received its first U.S. order for Blavod Black Vodka through AIKO Importers, with a substantial shipment expected from the UK early in Q3.
Board Changes
Distil said Don Goulding will retire as Executive Chairman on 14 August 2026, with Philip Naughton becoming Non-Executive Chairman from that date and David Smith appointed CEO from 17 August.
Appointment of Fortitude to manage UK distribution
Distil is moving its UK distribution to Fortitude Drinks from August 2026, with the current UK distribution arrangement with Global Brands set to end by mutual agreement.
