KON-16 Interest, Sintana Transaction & Ops Update
Government approval for the KON-16 interest transfer supports Corcel's net interest rising to 71.5% from 49.5% once the Intank and Sintana transactions complete. Sintana has agreed to pay US$2.5 million for an indirect 5% interest, with US$0.5 million non-refundable.
