Georgia Capital reported IFRS NAV of GEL 6.463 billion at 30 September 2026, up 11.6% quarter-on-quarter, and record NAV per share of GEL 198.91, up 13.6%. It fully redeemed its remaining US$50 million sustainability-linked bonds, leaving zero holding-company gross debt and GEL 290.5 million of net cash, although cash and liquid funds fell GEL 211.8 million quarter-on-quarter to GEL 288.0 million after buybacks and the early repayment.
