Acquisition of A J Sharp Limited by Aford Awards
CEPS’s 75%-owned Aford Awards subsidiary has completed the £3.45m acquisition of The English Pewter Company. The target generated unaudited £3.2m revenue and £326,932 pre-tax profit in 2025, with normalised EBITDA estimated at about £690,000 after expected cost removals.

CEPS's operating profit fell to £35,000 in H1 2026 from £1.354m as sales dropped to £8.998m from £16.817m, partly reflecting reduced ICA Group inclusion. The ICA Group sale generated £12.347m net cash consideration, leaving £9.742m cash and no external debt.
