Barratt Redrow said FY26 total home completions were 17,667, at the upper end of guidance, with adjusted profit before tax in line with market expectations. It now expects FY26 adjusted administrative expenses of c.£330m versus c.£400m previously and plans to return £400m to shareholders in FY27, mainly via buybacks.

Barratt Redrow plc has begun a share buyback programme of up to £386,000,000, with the first tranche capped at £190,000,000 and managed by Barclays. The buyback starts immediately, runs no later than 2 July 2027, and shares repurchased will be cancelled.
