Update on Convertible Note & Trading Update
Asia Strategic Holdings Ltd is extending US$4.150 million of zero-coupon convertible notes to 31 October 2029 while expecting US$3.105 million to convert into 269,297 new shares. The share issue would enlarge the share base to 3,291,217 shares, while the Board said trading remained in line with management’s expectations.
