AO expects H1 2027 revenue to rise 5.5% and profit before tax to increase by more than 20% to about £21.5m, while full-year profit expectations remain unchanged. It has also completed the cash-funded acquisition of Jessops.

Final Results For The Year Ended 31 March 2026

AO World posted FY26 revenue of £1.267bn, up 11.4%, and adjusted profit before tax of £50.5m, up 16.1%. It also plans a £20m shareholder return through a special dividend and buyback.
