ADM Energy said HMRC's winding-up petition hearing was adjourned for 56 days and relisted for 16 September 2026. No winding-up order was made, but AIM trading stays suspended pending the 2025 annual report and accounts.

Temporary Suspension of trading on AIM pending publication of 2025 Annual Report & Accounts

ADM Energy says its ordinary shares will be suspended from AIM at 7.30 a.m. on 1 July 2026 until it publishes its 2025 Annual Report and Accounts. The company is now targeting publication before the end of August 2026, versus the previously required 30 June 2026 deadline.

Appointment of COO at ADM Energy USA, Inc.

ADM Energy has appointed Chris Czuppon as COO of its US subsidiary and the Vega acquisition remains on track to complete by end-June 2026.

ADM Energy increased its economic interest in the Vega Upstream JV to 25% following a US$200k investment. Monthly revenue is budgeted to rise to c.US$96k. The Midcon Acquisition closing date has been extended to 26 June 2026.
